A bit about us:
We are seeking an experienced Bobst Die Cutter Operator / Setup Technician for first shift to support a high-volume production environment operating multiple Bobst die cutting machines. This role requires a highly technical individual capable of performing intensive setups and make-readies, precision adjustments, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure consistent quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete machine setups and changeovers on Bobst die cutting equipment
Install, align, and adjust dies, stripping tools, blanking systems, and feeder/delivery components
Interpret job tickets, die layouts, and production specifications to ensure accurate setup
Make fine mechanical and operational adjustments to optimize cut quality, registration, and throughput
Troubleshoot setup, mechanical, and quality issues during production runs
Monitor machine performance and make proactive adjustments to maintain production standards
Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety policies
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily schedules
Assist in training operators on proper setup and machine operation as needed
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience operating and setting up Bobst die cutting equipment
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to perform complex and time-sensitive setups in a fast-paced environment
Experience with high-volume or multi-machine operations preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and job specifications
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
