Role: Device Assembly & Packaging (DAP) Operator

Location: Concord, NC

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (includes weekends and possible overtime)

What You Will Do

1. Manufacturing Work

• Run and monitor machines used for assembling and packaging products

• Make small adjustments to machines when needed

• Follow production schedules and safety/quality rules

• Help fix basic machine problems or report issues

2. Documentation

• Fill out and check important records like:

  • Electronic Batch Records (EBR)

  • SAP entries

  • Cleaning logs

• Keep all records accurate and up to date as per company rules

3. Safety & Quality

• Follow all safety rules and keep the workplace safe

• Use proper working methods to ensure good product quality

4. Team Support

• Work with other teams to keep production running smoothly

• Help improve performance by:

  • Reducing errors

  • Increasing productivity

  • Improving safety

  • Staying up to date with training

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 4 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing

• Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
