Description
6-8 years of technical experience in design, implementation, and support of discovery, configuration management, and service mapping.
Proficiency in development, including creating custom applications, modules, and workflows.
Understanding of data models, tables, and relationships.
Experience deploying and managing discovery on-premises and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of network, infrastructure, and application components.
Experience developing APIs, workflows, and automation processes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement discovery and configuration management solutions.
Create and manage custom applications and workflows.
Deploy and manage discovery on various platforms.
Enhance patterns to support custom discovery.
Develop and manage service mapping solutions.
Create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Integrate with third-party tools for extended functionality.
Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in design, implementation, and support of discovery and configuration management.
Proficiency in development and creating custom applications.
Experience with data models and relationships.
Strong understanding of network and infrastructure components.
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Powershell.
Good understanding of ITIL practices.
Experience with REST API integration.
