Experienced Full Stack Developer
8+ Years of Experience with Front and Back End development
Experience with PostGIS
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, Containerization with Docker, Azure Data Factory
Experience with the Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for Javascript
Knowledge and experience with the following: ArcPro/ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Server and ArcGIS Online/Hub/Community as an Administrator
Experience in designing/developing geocodes and geoprocessing services
Knowledge of Esri ArcSDE and multi-user versioning with state trees/branch versioning
Knowledge of linear referencing systems/methods, Esri Roads and Highways, Oracle Locator/Spatial

DUTIES:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack, geospatial-enabled web applications leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks, PostGIS, and ArcGIS platform technologies.
Architect and deliver cloud-native geospatial services on Azure using AKS, Docker, Azure API Management, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Data Factory.
Design, publish, and maintain enterprise geocoding and geoprocessing services, including support for ArcSDE, multi-user versioning (state tree and branch), and high-availability ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
Build and integrate interactive mapping and spatial workflows using the ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS Pro, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps.
Develop and administer ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Hub, and Community environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and performant delivery of geospatial data and services.
Implement linear referencing and transportation-focused geospatial solutions, including Roads and Highways, Oracle Spatial/Locator, and advanced network data models.
