Dessert Shop Assistant (part-time: weekends late night shift) **FOOD EXPERIENCE IS A MUST**

Positions available: “Dessert Shop Assistant" (late night shift starting at 7pm through midnight)

• Pay:  $14 per hour
• Part-time shifts - weekends only

Job Summary
We focus on providing deliciously prepared desserts and meals along with excellent customer service.  We also interact with our guests and ensure each customer has a great experience at PCF.

We are seeking friendly, outgoing and energetic people who love desserts and interacting with our customers in a positive way!   You will be the face of our dessert shop and play an integral role in our customer’s dining experience.  You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve delicious desserts and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions clearly about the menu and preparation
  
• Operate the POS (cash, credit, debit) payments accurately
• Check on customers eating in store to ensure they are satisfied
• Fulfilling delivery orders for UberEats, GrubHub and DoorDash
• Ensure all products are prepared consistent with company standards.
• Exhibit energy, passion, and commitment to developing the PCF brand
  
• Ensure the store is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness and neatness of all areas including dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
• Maintain regular consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours - including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality dessert products, cash handling and store safety and security.

  Experience required:

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferable, but we are open to train
• Be proficient in performing all Crew Member tasks including: FOH, BOH, EXPO, PREP.
• ServeSafe food certification (pre-paid code will be provided by PCF)
• Friendly, outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work well within a team and build relationships in the workplace
• Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
• Are open to learning new things with rotating dessert menus.
• Are able to keep calm with varying customer scenarios and workplace environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
