This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas.
This is a high-visibility role to senior leadership.
•IMACs: installs, moves, adds and changes
•Manage inventory
•Perform preventive maintenance
•Troubleshoot and fixing laptops, desktops, and mobile phones. Software and hardware
•Move desktops
•Provide training on systems to users
THE WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
•6+ months in large, preferably in an enterprise environment
•Strong familiarity with common computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
•Enjoys (and skilled) at basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
•Knowledgeable in O365, Win10, SCCM and Trend Micro
•Must be customer-facing with strong English skills, written and verbal
•Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols ( DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN )
•Possesses the ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components
•Bachelors degree
•A+ Training and/or Certification
•MCP Certification
•Self-directed and able to prioritize urgent issues
