Dermatologist- Physician-Owned, Private Practice Houston & Surrounding Suburbs About the Practice Join the most prestigious and well-established physician-owned dermatology group in the Houston area . This practice is highly respected, known for its excellent culture, patient-centered care, and long-term provider retention. Colleagues are treated like family, and the group has a history of extremely low turnover. This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving, expanding private practice with multiple locations across Houston and its suburbs. This practice boasts state of the art facilities, spanning services across multiple different areas of Dermatology. Locations 6 locations throughout Houston and the Houston suburbs Position Highlights
  • Schedule: 3 5 days per week (flexible)
  • Patient Volume: Flexible, based on provider preference
  • Clinical Mix: Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology (flexible, tailored to the provider s interest)
  • APP Supervision: Not mandatory, but available for those who are interested
Compensation & Incentives
  • Base Guarantee: $350,000 $400,000 (based on number of days worked)
  • Collections Model:
    • In addition to the base salary, Dermatologists will earn varying levels of collections incentives, up to 50% over a certain threshold
  • Total Annual Compensation: Highly competitive, with top earners well above market averages

Candidate Profile
  • Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist

    Minimum 1-2 years working in a Dermatology practice as a NP/PA
