Dentist – Camillus, NY (Near Syracuse)

A well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Camillus, NY is seeking a Dentist to join our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy schedule with an established patient base, offering strong earning potential and a clear path to partnership.

Our owner dentist is an Associate Fellow Implantologist (AAID) and provides mentorship in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry.

Schedule
3–4 days per week (flexible)

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed daily base (competitive) or 35% of collections (whichever is higher)
• Estimated annual earnings: $120,000 – $300,000+ based on production
• Consistent patient flow and full schedule to support production
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $500 CE allowance annually
• Uniform allowance
• W2 or 1099 options available

What You’ll Do

• Perform exams, diagnose, and present treatment plans
• Provide restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Perform extractions and select endodontic procedures
• Deliver partials and dentures
• Educate patients on treatment and preventative care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active New York dental license
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable with exams and restorative procedures
• Open to all experience levels
