Requirements Cambridge Health Alliance - Department of Dental Medicine Seeking experienced clinician (dentist) with strong academic background and desire for long-term/permanent role. **CANDIDATES WITH HOSPITAL BASED BACKGROUND REQUIRED** ***GRP Preferred, broad scope of practice, academically oriented MUST HAVE MA LICENSURE MUST BE BC IN DENTISTRY FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS (WAIVERS NOT ACCEPTED) DDS (international degrees/equivalents not accepted) - candidate must have graduated from US CODA accredited dental school Dentists Needed for ongoing FT Coverage (part time candidates permitted - department can work multiple locums to fill vacancies) Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Shift Times: Mon-Fri ~ Monday 8am-8pm; Tuesday - Friday 8am-5pm Call: Yes, weekly Weekends: No - weekend hours are not required Patients Per Day: 10+ Physician Coverage In Unit/Dept: 5 FTE General Dentists Patient Population/What is the typical age group of patients seen: The provider should be comfortable seeing all age ranges (including infants and children), however the vast majority of patients scheduled will be adults and older adults (i.e PACE) What procedures are must haves?: General Restorative, Rem Prosth, Fixed Prosth, Endo (simple anterior and molar), Oral Surgery/Extractions (simple and surgical, not including impacted teeth) How many chairs?: 7 What does the call schedule & requirements look like?: 1 week every 4 to 5 weeks (24/7 second call, residents are first call) EMR: EPIC - WISDOM
