COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

  • $190,000 to $240,000 guaranteed Salary (experienced based)
  • $15,000 Signing-bonus
  • Up to 6% employer-match on your retirement contribution
  • 37 Days PTO (vacation/CME)
  • Qualified FQHC site - Up to $50,000 in Federal school loan assistance for 2 years of service
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS / DMD)
  • Federally Qualified Health Center setting (FQHC) - Qualified for Federal school loan assistance
  • General Dentistry - case-mix variety including crowns, bridges, anterior endo, dentures, simple oral surgery; kids and adults
  • Schedule: 4-10's with flexibility
