Our doctor specializes in cosmetic dentistry, and we are building a team focused on excellence, growth, and elevated patient care.
We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Dental Office Manager who can lead with confidence, elevate the patient experience, and support the growth of a high-performing practice.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller, entrepreneurial setting, takes ownership of the front office, and wants to play a key role in growing both the practice and team.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Hospitality
- Ensure every patient receives a warm, professional, hospitality-driven experience
- Conduct informative office tours showcasing our technology and amenities
- Maintain an organized, polished, and modern environment aligned with brand standards
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical and administrative team
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence
Sales & Case Acceptance
- Present and close high-value treatment plans ($10,000+) with confidence
- Clearly explain treatment options and patient financing
- Build trust with patients to increase case acceptance
- Address questions and overcome objections using a consultative, patient-first approach
- Partner closely with the doctor to drive production and growth in cosmetic dentistry
Operational Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient patient flow
- Support treatment presentations and guide patients through financial options
- Monitor KPIs, complete reporting, and support performance goals
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and company policies
Growth, Engagement & Retention
- Support marketing initiatives to drive new patient growth
- Build strong patient relationships and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and the patient journey
- Utilize downtime to support grassroots marketing and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience required, with proven ability to close high-value cases
- Minimum 1+ year of healthcare experience (dental, medical, dermatology, or plastic surgery)
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry or aesthetic treatments preferred
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
