Acuna Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Winter Park, FL! 

We are seeking a highly skilled EFDA Dental Assistant to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am to 5pm and Tuesday 6:45am to 4pm 
Lunch Break: 60 minutes

• Assist the Dentists chairside
• Welcomes patients
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
• Instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Maintains accurate patient records
• Lab tasks as instructed
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories

• Active Florida EFDA certification
• Dental Assistant training/school certification 
• 2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Experience with digital software
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Type of Dentistry: General dentistry with implants and oral surgery

• Dress Code: Scrubs

• Bilingual: Not required, but helpful

• DA Team Size: 2 total Dental Assistants

• Dentist Assignment: Assigned to one dentist
