We are a well-established, fee-for-service private dental practice located in the highly desirable Porters Neck area of Wilmington, NC. Known for delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a supportive, team-oriented culture, our practice is growing and seeking a Certified Dental Assistant who is motivated, dependable, and passionate about dentistry.

Schedule Options
Clinical Assisting Days:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional Additional Day (Front Desk Support):
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Part-Time: 2 days/week
- Full-Time: 3 days/week
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
Part-Time Benefits Include:

Key Responsibilities
Clinical:
- Assist the doctor with a wide range of procedures
- Support surgical and sedation cases (training provided)
- Prepare and break down operatories
- Take impressions and assist with digital scanners
- Fabricate temporaries
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Administrative (Cross-Training):
- Answer phones professionally
- Verify insurance
- Assist with treatment plan discussions
- Support front desk operations as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (required)
- Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures (or willing to learn)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Experience with Eaglesoft
- Experience with crown & bridge, temporaries, and digital scanners
