Dental Assistant (Chairside + Lab + Administrative)

Location: Hilltown Dental - Chesterfield, MO

Tuesday–Friday | Full-Time | In-Person

Hilltown Dental is looking for a unique hybrid dental assistant to work directly with the doctor in a role that blends chairside assisting, digital lab work, case management, and treatment coordination.

This position is for someone who wants to be deeply involved in comprehensive care, technology, and interdisciplinary treatment.

This position goes beyond traditional chairside assisting. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the doctor’s schedule, support specialty procedures, and help drive efficiency and patient experience.

This is not just a standard chairside role — it’s a partnership!

Schedule

• Tuesday–Friday (Some flexibility - Possible alternate schedule if needed: M, T, Th, F)

• Chairside - Thursday and Friday (typically)

• Full-time, in-person

What Makes This Role Unique

You’ll work directly with the doctor combining:

• Chairside assisting (surgical, restorative, esthetic cases)
• 3D printing & digital workflow management
• Case preparation & organization
• Lab orders + tracking
• Clinical photography
• Asana task management & workflow organization
• Organizing and compiling records for case presentations
• Discussing treatment sequencing and payment planning with patients

You will work closely with the doctor to ensure smooth, organized, and productive clinical days.

• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Is tech-savvy and excited about digital dentistry
• Is comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial sequencing
• Is interested in interspecialty comprehensive treatment
• Can be flexible and step in to assist other doctor in practice if a teammate is out

This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and helping keep the clinical day on track.

Compensation: $25-28/hour, willing to negotiate depending on experience.
