We are searching for a Demand Planner for our apparel client to oversee all aspects of strategic planning management for high volume account(s) while assuming financial accountability to drive results. 

Key Accountabilities:
• Develop product category goals and create seasonal buy plans that tie back to wholesale financial goals 
• Consolidate demand for the total wholesale channel and partner with Production to ensure that receipt needs for wholesale channel deliveries are consistently met 
• Run internal margin reporting and analysis 
• Partner with cross functional management to drive company's strategic initiatives 
• Partner with Merchandising to utilize the directed assortments by tier of distribution to affect the buys 
• Run seasonal post mortem analysis to drive buys of purchasing to achieve sales goals 
• Execute, develop and ensure capacity plans are met • Support the management of inventory 
• Analyze quarterly projections for replenishment styles 
• Manage timelines to hit buying and sourcing deadlines encompassing account needs 
• Support system development to enhance planning program functionality 
• Special projects as assigned 

Required Skills/Abilities/Education: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance or related field 
• 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Planning and Analysis 
• Fluent in Retail Math and advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%) 
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail

Salary Description: $75,000 - $110,000 per year
