Attorneys gain hands-on experience handling cases from inception through resolution, with real exposure to motion practice, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Practice Areas Include: General Liability & Insurance Defense, Construction Accidents & Construction Defect Litigation, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Labor & Employment, Medical & Legal Malpractice, Aviation & Transportation-Related Matters.

Job Details
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed and in good standing in New York (NJ a plus)
- Experience in insurance defense and/or complex litigation
- Bonus experience: Transportation and maritime law, construction accidents and construction defects, and labor and employment experience are all highly valued.
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Comfortable managing an active caseload with support
