Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst - Associate
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Range: $40.00 to $44.00/hour on W2

Job Description:

The Task Force Lead is responsible for directing cross functional actions focused on accelerating Vehicle Off Road (VOR) resolution, strengthening early detection of supply and quality risks, and elevating the overall customer experience. By leveraging advanced analytics, enhancing communication across client organizations, and implementing targeted operational controls, this role drives improved VOR fulfillment performance and sustainable processes.
The Task Force Lead partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure preventive actions, responsive escalation management, and alignment on commodity and client recovery initiatives.
 
Core activities include but are not limited to:
•Provide current to production support, including direct from plant supply
•Drive preventive actions by monitoring early warning indicators and proactively identifying emerging risks.
•Evaluate demand patterns and chronic backorder drivers to mitigate VOR exposure and stabilize part availability.
•Serve as a liaison across multiple cross-functional teams and represent as the subject matter expert from Supply Chain.
•Coordinate internal actions across stakeholder groups, manage operational escalations to accelerate recovery efforts, and track delivery compliance of corrective actions.
•Provide structured updates on progress, risk areas, preventive actions, and long term containment plans.
 
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree
•3+ years’experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Forecasting/Planning, or Customer Service fields
•Detail-oriented, proactive mindset, and extreme ownership mentality
•Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task a variety of issues in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Suites
 
Preferred Qualifications:
•5+ years of previous in relevant fields
•Program Manager Experience, specifically
•Power BI experience
