Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
4 or more years of experience in a related technical field
4 or more years of Information Systems experience
2 or more years of data analysis and/or data administration experience in a relational database environment
Preferred Qualifications:
4 or more years of data analysis and / or data administration experience in a relational database environment
Experience working with real-time transactional replication
Expertise in SQL Server versions 2019 and higher
Hands-on experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and implementing indexing strategies for optimal performance
Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, resolve them efficiently, or engaging the appropriate resources
Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Designing, implementing, and executing ETL workflows, SSIS packages, and data migration strategies
Experience designing and managing Always On Availability Groups and implementing disaster recovery solutions
Skilled in designing and documenting functional requirements and technical specifications for new applications
