Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Generative AI solutions, with a focus on hands-on coding and problem-solving. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, where you will collaborate closely with our team and business partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience implementing Generative AI projects using open source LLMs and proprietary APIs
- Strong Python development skills, including proficiency with Pandas and NumPy
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions on text data
- Experience building and integrating APIs for serving models
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in ML and Deep Learning
- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation implementations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration
- Fine-tuning and optimizing open source LLM/SLM
