Bosun is partnering with the Beaufort County Treasurer's Office to hire a Data Integration Specialist to support data reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
This position is ideal for a data analyst or business intelligence professional with strong SQL and Power BI experience who enjoys building dashboards, integrating data across systems, and improving reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and ad hoc data requests
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
Manage data integrations between internal systems and external vendors
Build reusable reporting tools such as SSRS reports and standardized data models
Validate and reconcile large datasets to ensure reporting accuracy
Support data reporting cycles by maintaining reliable data pipelines and reporting workflows
Document data processes, integration workflows, and reporting standards
Partner with internal departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions
Provide guidance on data visualization and reporting best practices
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system integrations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent certification/experience)
2+ years of SQL experience working with relational databases
Experience with Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and database design
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization
Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical users
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SSRS reporting
Experience with data integration or ETL processes
Familiarity with data governance, data validation, or reconciliation
Experience working in government, finance, or public sector organizations
