Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Health Records Migration
Location: Rocky Hill, CT - Onsite
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a critical health records migration initiative. This project involves transitioning health records from the legacy ADL system to a secure cloud-based platform. The specialist will be responsible for printing, scanning, digitizing, and organizing physical and electronic records to ensure accurate conversion into PDF format and proper upload into the new cloud solution.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to data security standards due to the sensitive nature of health records.
Key Responsibilities
- Print health records from the legacy ADL system.
- Scan physical documents and convert files into standardized PDF format.
- Ensure proper file naming conventions and document organization.
- Upload and store digitized records into the designated cloud-based system.
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Verify document completeness and legibility before submission.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with strong accuracy and speed.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in scanning equipment and document management processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (PDF, Microsoft Office, file management systems).
