Our client, a nonprofit organization located in Newark, NJ, is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join their team. This position will serve for approximately 4 weeks starting in end of March/early April 2026 and will operate on a hybrid or fully remote schedule between the hours of 10am - 6pm. Two days per week with the potential to increase toward the end of April. Compensation is $22 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and manage electronic files to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies.
  • Assist with basic reporting and data cleanup as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative (self-starter).
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
