Overview of the Data Entry Specialist role:
- Entering a large amount of sensitive data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the date input
- Ensure student documents, including but not limited to health, dental, vision and medication records are correct
- Resolve discrepancy of information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Review documents for accuracy
- Scan and file paperwork
- Assist with administrative task
Preferred Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist:
- 1 or more years of solid data entry experience
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Great communication and follow-through
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
