Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour.
Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process maintenance & aircraft records for accuracy
  • Perform data entry, validation, and document control tasks
  • Identify errors and ensure corrections are updated in systems
  • Upload and migrate records into digital tools (e.g., AirVault)
  • Work with internal teams like Engineering, QA, and Maintenance
  • Support compliance-related documentation (including FAA standards)
  • Reconcile aircraft logbooks and maintenance paperwork
  • Scan, organize, and maintain structured digital records
  • Handle high-volume data tasks with strong attention to detail

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
  • Experience in data entry / records / documentation / back office work
  • Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
  • Comfortable working on Excel / Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Aviation or aircraft maintenance records experience
  • Document control / compliance / audit experience
  • Familiarity with tools like:
  • AirVault
  • SCEPTRE
  • Maintenance systems / ERP tools
  • plus
