Position Overview
This role is responsible for accurately entering and verifying data from source documents using data entry equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate data entry equipment to record and/or verify data from source documents
- Accurately key alpha and numeric characters
- Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls as needed
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Duplicate documents and process single forms
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to key alpha and numeric characters efficiently
- Basic clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
