Data Entry (On-site)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support backlog reduction efforts for our client. This is a temporary role focused on scanning and organizing case files while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Scan and digitize case files to support backlog reduction
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Ensure accuracy and quality of scanned and entered data
- Perform quality checks to verify completeness and correctness of files
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Basic computer skills, including file management and scanning systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with quality assurance or data validation processes
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
