Total Staffing Solutions powered by TTR is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a growing transportation company in Willowbrook, Illinois that assists trucking companies with regulatory services.

This is a full-time, performance to hire opportunity on the first shift. Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday. The pay is $22.00/Hr.

Data Entry Clerk Position Overview
This role supports the processing of vehicle plate applications and related documentation for the State of Illinois. The position requires working closely with clients in person while ensuring all paperwork and electronic records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Data Entry Clerk Key Responsibilities
Process and track vehicle plate applications and related documentation
Assist clients in person with applications and required paperwork
Provide customer service and answer questions regarding documentation
Manage inbound and outbound emails and phone calls
Acknowledge and respond to emails within 30 minutes
Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly completed and filed
Support a high-volume, fast-paced office environment

Work Environment
This role involves handling a high volume of paper documents daily. Attention to detail is critical, as errors can have financial impact on both the company and its clients. Organization, accuracy, and timeliness are essential.
