Responsibilities:
- Identify stakeholders, gather business and technical requirements, and develop a project plan for the company team.
- Break the project into phases, and further break down the scope into Epics/User Stories within Jira each quarter.
- Set and manage project timelines, scope of work, and coordination between teams.
- Review and approve system architecture, data models, APIs, and general functionality to ensure it meets team needs.
- Identify gaps between LMS functionality and company systems and architect viable solutions.
- Develop validation rules and oversee testing of the new system, including data quality, data mappings, and data transformations.
Requirements:
- Experience leading a full lifecycle project including driving requirements, design, build, testing, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
- Proficiency in Jira for breaking down project work into user stories for developers.
- Industry expertise in ABF and mortgage servicing, including settlements, remittances/cash consolidation, and servicing workflows.
- Strong technical architecture knowledge with the ability to design solutions to migrate from legacy to new platforms.
- Good communication skills and change management abilities to align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness of the new platform.
