We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to play a critical role in connecting data to decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to business leaders. Using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and the Microsoft data platform, the analyst ensures data accuracy, performance, and usability while enabling both strategic and operational decisions.
Beyond technical expertise, this role requires strong business acumen and close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams. The ideal candidate is skilled at translating complex data into compelling narratives—helping stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities, and act with confidence. This role is foundational to advancing the organization’s analytics maturity and fostering a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, including KPI definition, metric design, and data storytelling
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Strategy) to deliver insights that drive decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
- Use Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and advanced reporting as needed
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of analytics standards, best practices, and tools across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with Power BI
- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into analytical solutions and visual insights
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling
- Proven working knowledge of Finance, Operations, or Corporate Strategy domains
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a pragmatic business mindset
- Excellent collaboration skills and a strong preference for teamwork
- High standards of work ethic, accountability, and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and the broader Microsoft data stack
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with open-source analytics tools and modern data platforms
