Data Coordinator

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Data Coordinator for a hybrid contract position with our client located in Carrollton, TX. This is a 3-month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work a hybrid schedule, required onsite on Tuesdays
• Confidently answer questions about the account setup process
• Act as a trusted partner to resolve customer inquiries to completion
• Listen and interpret customer information to accurately and promptly resolve issues
• Build and maintain professional relationships to foster customer retention
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse, sales, IT, and operations
• Process all customer requests from multiple sources (email, chat, telephonic)
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Perform data entry for account setups or changes and research other inquiries as requested
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of managed information
• Handle incoming inquiries regarding account setups or changes
• Interact extensively with other internal departments to provide information and resolve issues
• Take ownership of the process and be accountable for data management
• Make suggestions and recommendations to continually improve customer service operations
• Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of systems, processes and procedures
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent data entry and computer application skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Pay range: up to $22.82 per hour
