Job Details

Location & Travel Flexibility:
Local candidates are great; however, we are also open to candidates who are willing to fully relocate or travel to support the role. For non-local candidates, a relocation or travel allowance will be included as part of the overall compensation package. The structure of this support will be tailored based on the candidate’s preference and the needs of the project. The project location is flexible, either Fargo or Ellendale.

As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily site operations and ensuring that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our mission-critical construction projects while mentoring a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Field Leadership: Supervise all onsite construction activities, effectively managing CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure alignment with project schedule milestones.
  • Safety Culture: Implement and enforce comprehensive safety plans to maintain an injury-free job site.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage financial performance by optimizing resource allocation and coordination.
  • Commissioning & Closeout: Lead the project through the final closeout phase, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of construction experience, with a strong background in MEP systems
  • 2+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects valued at over $100 million
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Suite (Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD, Revit), Accubid, and Procore/Bluebeam (preferred)
