Job Details

Location & Travel Flexibility:
Local candidates are great; however, we are also open to candidates who are willing to fully relocate or travel to support the role. For non-local candidates, a relocation or travel allowance will be included as part of the overall compensation package. The structure of this support will be tailored based on the candidate’s preference and the needs of the project. The project location is flexible, either Fargo or Ellendale.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing complex data center construction projects from inception through closeout. You will serve as the primary interface for clients, guiding the project while ensuring all technical, financial, and operational aspects are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning to completion.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and resource planning to maintain project alignment and success.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication and fostering strong relationships throughout the project.
  • MEP Coordination: Oversee technical execution, including MEP systems coordination and constructability reviews, to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor procurement processes and contract negotiations to align with project goals.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers, to drive performance and development.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • 2+ years in mission-critical or data center construction preferred.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects valued at $50 million or more.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with complex MEP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
