DATA CENTER ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is seeking a Data Center Administrator with hands-on experience in the data center and network. They are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join their team and take charge of our network infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and overall IT systems management. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to support our growing technology needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Azure cloud environment and virtual machines
- Oversee on-premises infrastructure (Servers, PCs, MACs, Printers)
- Configure and administer Meraki Firewalls
- Maintain VoIP systems and Windows Virtual Desktop environments
- Manage VM clusters and ensure system high availability
- Support distribution center operations, including handheld scanner systems
- Assist with SQL Server management and optimization
- Provide technical support with clear, user-friendly communication
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of technical support experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- Azure cloud services
- VM management
- Meraki Firewalls
- VoIP systems
- Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
- Distribution center technologies
- SQL Server management (plus)
