Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Translate business questions into data analysis and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to inform business strategies.
Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support data quality assurance efforts and ensure the integrity and security of data.
Automate repetitive data tasks and optimize data processing workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
