General Purpose:
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing maintenance and reliability data within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role supports the Reliability Team by extracting data from SQL and Excel databases, reviewing maintenance work orders, and identifying trends to drive operational improvements. The analyst will collaborate with engineering managers and cross-functional teams to provide insights that support reliability initiatives and CAPEX decision-making.

This role supports the Reliability Team by extracting data from SQL and Excel databases, reviewing maintenance work orders, and identifying trends to drive operational improvements. The analyst will collaborate with engineering managers and cross-functional teams to provide insights that support reliability initiatives and CAPEX decision-making.
Principal Accountabilities:
Extract and analyze maintenance work order data created by the maintenance team.
Use SQL and Excel databases to pull and structure data for analysis.
Organize and relay data into Excel for reporting and trend analysis.
Identify reliability trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Support CAPEX decisions through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Work closely with the Reliability Team to improve equipment performance.
Collaborate with engineering managers to provide actionable insights.
Analyze high-volume manufacturing data sets.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
Develop and maintain recurring reports for operational performance.
Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to understand data needs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using analytics.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with large/high-volume datasets.
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
Ability to analyze maintenance or reliability-related data preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
Must be able to work 100% onsite in Buffalo Grove, IL.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
