Daily Property Claims Adjuster – Staten Island, NY Area

We are currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential and commercial property inspections in Staten Island and the surrounding New York City area.

This field-based opportunity is ideal for adjusters who value consistent claim assignments, clear expectations, and the flexibility of independent field work, while working with a responsive internal claims team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties for losses involving wind, water, fire, hail, and other covered events

• Document damages with detailed field notes and clear photo documentation

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage assigned claim files efficiently while meeting carrier timelines and reporting standards

Qualifications

• Active New York adjuster license

• Experience with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software preferred

• Reliable transportation and standard field equipment (ladder, laptop, camera, etc.)

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and respond to assignments promptly
