Daily Property Claims Adjuster – Phoenix Region

CENCO Claims partners with leading insurance carriers to provide dependable and accurate property claims services across Arizona. We are currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential and commercial property inspections throughout the Phoenix area.

This field-based role offers the opportunity to handle consistent claim assignments while maintaining the flexibility and independence of daily adjusting work, with support from an experienced internal claims team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties for losses involving wind, hail, fire, water, and other covered events

• Document damages with detailed field notes and clear photo documentation

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage assigned claims efficiently while meeting carrier timelines and reporting standards

Qualifications

• Active Arizona adjuster license

• Experience with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software

• Reliable transportation and standard field equipment (ladder, laptop, camera, etc.)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and respond to assignments promptly
