We’re looking for a Cyber Security Engineer with extensive experience in threat intelligence, incident response, forensic analysis, and vulnerability management across on-prem, AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficient in SIEMs, EDR, and cybersecurity frameworks, with a deep understanding of SOC2 ISO, NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST, CIS, COBIT, etc
, HIPAA, and industry compliance standards.
- Skilled in leveraging Rapid7, CrowdStrike,Mimecast and KnowBe4 to strengthen enterprise security posture.
- Adept at scripting to automate security workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Passionate about network security, endpoint protection, and proactive threat hunting.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Security Tools & Technologies: Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Mimecast and KnowBe4
- Lead vulnerability management initiatives, utilizing Rapid7to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across the organization, significantly reducing risk exposure.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans, facilitating timely responses to security incidents and minimize potential damage through forensic analysis.
- Implement security measures in compliance with HIPAA and NIST 800-53, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and organizational integrity.
- Implement KnowBe4's security awareness training platform across the organization, significantly increase employee engagement and reduce phishing incident rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance threat intelligence capabilities, utilize Rapid7 & CrowdStrike to analyze emerging threats and inform security strategies.
