Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CXO Program Operations Manager to provide hands-on execution support for our Transformation team during a period of reduced capacity and accelerated program growth. This is an execution-first role. The contractor will own the operational backbone of CXO Experiences and executive programs, allowing senior leaders to remain focused on strategy, executive engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution and Operations

  • Own day-to-day execution of CXO Experiences and executive programs from kickoff to close-out.
  • Translate program direction into timelines, workplans and execution checklists.
  • Maintain program trackers, documentation, and operational hygiene across multiple concurrent programs.

Event and Speaker Operations

  • Manage registration workflows, agendas, run-of-show documents, speaker logistics, and presentation coordination.
  • Own speaker scheduling, prep calls, bios, headshots, and session logistics.
  • Coordinate rehearsal schedules and on-site readiness.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate execution across Marketing, Sales, Field, Agencies, Design, Web, and Production teams.
  • Track dependencies, approvals, and deliverables and proactively flag risks or blockers.

Systems, Reporting and Close-Out

  • Maintain operational accuracy across tools (Asana, Salesforce, spreadsheets, CMS).
  • Ensure post-program close-out, documentation, and archival.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in program management, event operations, or execution-heavy roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex programs with many stakeholders and moving parts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing large task volumes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to operate independently.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Background working with global or multi-region teams.
  • Familiarity with event operations, executive programs, or customer-facing initiatives.
