Salary: $54,300-$83,300
Schedule Options:
Full‑Time, 6:30a–7p (varied days + call)
Full‑Time, 10:30a–11p (varied days + call)
Education
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
Licensure & Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA or NCCT – required
Two (2) years of CVOR surgical technologist experience – required

Experience & Skills
Demonstrated competency as a first scrub in CVOR and assigned specialty areas
Strong understanding of perioperative patient care principles
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and maintain sterile technique
Key Responsibilities
Function as the primary scrub technologist for cardiovascular and other assigned surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies based on surgeon preference cards and procedural needs
Ensure adherence to aseptic technique and safety standards
Support case flow and readiness to optimize OR efficiency
Promote professional development through continuing education and competency maintenance
Serve as a resource and role model for less experienced staff
Perform additional duties as assigned
