Join one of the nation’s most respected heart and vascular programs. Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistants to serve as First Assist providers across our CV/CT and Vascular Surgery teams in Plano, Dallas, Frisco, and Fort Worth.

Work alongside high-performing surgical teams in premier Heart Hospital and tertiary medical center settings, supporting complex cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, and vascular procedures.

CV/CT Surgery – First Assist | Plano & Dallas

• First assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic procedures
• Perioperative patient management (pre-, intra-, and post-op)
• Predictable Monday–Friday schedule with structured call
• Vein harvesting experience required for select roles

Vascular & Cardiology Surgery – First Assist | Fort Worth

• First assist in vascular and cardiology surgeries
• Vein harvesting and minimally invasive surgical support
• Monday–Friday on-site schedule
• Practice in a state-of-the-art heart and vascular center

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active or eligible Texas PA license
• Surgical first assist experience required
• CV/CT or vascular surgery experience strongly preferred

• Nationally recognized heart & vascular programs
• Collaborative, APP-driven surgical teams
