Position Overview
The Customer Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order requests, and general support. This role involves a mix of phone and email communication, with a strong emphasis on email order processing and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a high-volume customer service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer email inquiries

  • Assist customers with product availability questions and order updates

  • Add items to existing orders or assist with placing new orders as requested

  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments when needed

  • Process incoming orders received via scanned email attachments

  • Manually enter orders into the ERP system

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when entering customer order information

  • Provide professional and timely customer service to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar role

  • Experience handling high-volume phone and email communication

  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment

Preferred

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central ERP systems
