Position Overview
The Customer Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order requests, and general support. This role involves a mix of phone and email communication, with a strong emphasis on email order processing and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a high-volume customer service environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer email inquiries
Assist customers with product availability questions and order updates
Add items to existing orders or assist with placing new orders as requested
Transfer calls to appropriate departments when needed
Process incoming orders received via scanned email attachments
Manually enter orders into the ERP system
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when entering customer order information
Provide professional and timely customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar role
Experience handling high-volume phone and email communication
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working in an office-based environment
Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central ERP systems
