We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Draper, Utah. This is a fully in-person role, where the Customer Support Specialist will engage directly with customers, helping solve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for customers seeking guidance, support, and solutions. You’ll also provide customer care, helping manage inquiries, offer hands-on assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:
- Interact in person with customers to provide timely and professional support as a Customer Support Specialist
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, answering questions with clarity and care through strong customer care
- Assist customers in navigating services, accounts, and processes while delivering consistent customer care
- Document interactions, track inquiries, and update systems accurately
- Support customer onboarding and follow-ups to ensure a positive experience through attentive customer care
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and share best practices
- Represent the company positively during all in-person interactions as a Customer Support Specialist
- Mentor new hires and help them learn procedures and effective customer communication centered on customer care
Qualifications as a Customer Support Specialist:
- High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in person with customers throughout the day
- Friendly, approachable, and patient with a problem-solving mindset focused on customer care
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions
- Previous customer service, retail, or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in Draper
