What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
