Job Title: Customer Support Engineer 

Location: Spring Hill, Tennessee

Job Type: Full-Time 

Expected hours per week: 40 hours 

Schedule: Onsite

Pay Range: $30-38 per hour 

Job Description: 

  • Serve as the on?site liaison between the customer’s plant and the client 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality and product issues
  • Review, verify, and re?confirm parts within internal computer systems
  • Perform initial analysis of product quality issues and non?conformances
  • Inspect suspect material and ensure testing equipment is properly maintained
  • Coordinate and execute 24?hour containment actions for quality concerns
  • Expedite non?conforming material back to the client the same day
  • Support cross?functional response teams and quality investigations
  • Track and report quality performance metrics, including customer PPM
  • Prepare weekly activity and trip reports
  • Build strong customer relationships to support quality improvement and business growth
