Responsibilities

:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients

Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns

Accurately enter information into our database

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction

Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement

opportunities

Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)

High school diploma or equivalent 

Strong verbal communication skills 

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) 

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (set your  own schedule)

Technology Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work):

Windows 11 desktop or laptop

Minimum 16 GB RAM

No Chromebooks or Apple devices

Dual monitors recommended (not required at application)

USB noise-canceling headset (not required at application)

Fully remote position – work from anywhere

Starting pay of $12–$15/hour
