Job Details
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, sales, or related fields.
Experience in pet care, veterinary, or kennel environments is a plus, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort with basic tech tools (CRM, messaging platforms, scheduling systems).
Positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
