Job Details:

  • Act as full-spectrum Customer Success Manager supporting a growing book of business as well as operational practices
  • Develop and implement customer processes, documentation, and policy guidelines
  • Manage customer-base, maintain contractual compliance, and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide strategic support and leadership to internal teams
  • Conduct Business Reviews with clients
  • Track up-selling opportunities within current client base

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management, customer success, or client services
  • SaaS or tech abled service experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management
  • Experience running Business Reviews with clients
