- Act as full-spectrum Customer Success Manager supporting a growing book of business as well as operational practices
- Develop and implement customer processes, documentation, and policy guidelines
- Manage customer-base, maintain contractual compliance, and ensure data accuracy
- Provide strategic support and leadership to internal teams
- Conduct Business Reviews with clients
- Track up-selling opportunities within current client base
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, customer success, or client services
- SaaS or tech abled service experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship management
- Experience running Business Reviews with clients
