Key Duties
Guide clients through available service options and recommendations
Organize and coordinate arrangements based on client preferences
Respond promptly to client questions, requests, and updates
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details
Review confirmations to ensure all information is complete and accurate
Monitor ongoing requests to ensure a smooth and successful experience
Ideal Candidate
Background in customer support, hospitality, or sales preferred
