The Customer Success Associate’s service support plays a key role in maintaining strong sales momentum and client confidence.
As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll work directly with Ontario businesses on behalf of AT&T Business. You’ll assist with sales preparation, confirm sales details, and help keep sales activity organized and on track. The Customer Success Associate’s focus on service communication, responsive service help, and reliable service follow‑up will keep clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Associate
- Provide personalized, face‑to‑face support for Ontario business clients, acting as the main AT&T Business contact for wireless, fiber, and VoIP account inquiries.
- Facilitate service requests and coordinate with technical teams to ensure prompt delivery of AT&T Business solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate AT&T Business account files to support service delivery and billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales teams and leadership during field visits to support campaign execution and solution adoption.
- Translate AT&T Business service details into clear, client‑centric explanations that support retention and satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to refine field outreach strategies and strengthen service delivery.
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Success Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior client‑facing experience, ideally in B2B sales or client support, is a plus
- Skilled at engaging Ontario business clients in person and addressing account needs.
- Capable of managing multiple accounts, service requests, and admin tasks.
- Motivated, professional, and detail‑oriented, ensuring smooth delivery and client trust.
